Deposits are an industry standard, and most clients understand they’re a matter of respect.

A deposit secures your appointment time and helps ensure you’ll show up—when you have something invested, you’re far more likely to keep your booking. It also guarantees the artist is paid at least a small amount for reserving that time for you.

If you don’t show up, the deposit is non-refundable. The amount is minimal, but it helps cover the time that was set aside.

If you need to cancel with plenty of notice, most artists are happy to work with you and reschedule. Advance notice gives us the chance to fill your spot so we can still earn a living.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it’s usually too late to book someone else in. In that case, the deposit helps compensate the artist for lost time. We understand that life happens—but it happens to us, too.

Please be courteous and respect each other’s time and money.

SHIT LIST

So, when a small independent business books time for you - PLEASE SHOW UP! Please be considerate of the artist's time. Owners are investing their time into you, so please have the courtesy of showing

After Care

After care in a nutshell: Whether you choose to use saniderm/ tagaderm or another similar second skin for healing, my recommendation is to wash your tattoo in an hour or so of leaving your appointment
